Byook.com’s renewal

Welcome on our new and improved website. It has been enriched with sounds, images and animations, very much like a byook! It offers our users a new dynamic and sensorial interface, adapted to smartphones and tablets.

While trying to get back to our roots and the mobile universe, we decided to augment our website by adapting our technology to the consumption of information on computers and to the discovery of our own byooks. The new website will therefore be a lot more interactive without disrupting the navigation.

Release of the OtherWorld’s Guide on the iPhone

We are launching today our latest byook! This small, exclusive travel guide will send you to the magical world of Tara Duncan. It will be a most useful app for any “Taraddict”. This application is a unique opportunity to discover the different places, peoples and creatures in Tara’s universe. Developed and imagined with the author, this byook will let you unlock additional content, such as illustrations, for the byook Tara Duncan!

The byook Tara Duncan is now at $0.99

Alongside the release of the Guide, the byook Tara Duncan is now available for a limited period of time at $0.99 on the App Store and on Google Play.

The next byook

We are happy to announce the release of our next byook that will most certainly charm the numerous fans of the byook Sherlock Holmes. This byook will not belong to the Youth section but will belong to the Great Classics'. Our early fans will be pleased!

Our new facebook rubrics

Starting this week and for the official release of the byook Tara Duncan for iPad and Android, we would like to transform our Facebook wall into a place of discussion and interactions with you! You will find a lot more information about the company and our byooks. We also want you to bring many news ideas!

Everyday
As usual you will have the opportunity to regularly read news about our byooks. These messages can be posted any day and will not be bound to any publication rules.

On Mondays
The pic of the week: discover every week a picture of our studio, of our team or any other thing related to our work. The idea behind this rubric is to let you know more about who is behind the byooks.
Anne’s illustration: Anne, who works as an artist on every byook, will let you discover her passion for illustration and will share with you some of her best work. Warning! There might be some hints as to what the next byooks are going to be about!

On Tuesdays
Have you read?: Discover every week a book we enjoyed reading and that we recommend you to read. We will share our opinion and everyone who has read it is welcome to do so.
Back-stage: In this topic, you will discover what happens at the back-stage of our company with many news about our team and about our iOS/Android development services: BYOOKpro.

On Wednesdays
Literary news: We will post news about paper books and literature. We will share with you our opinion and will ask yours.

On Thursdays
Did you know?: This rubric will present a fun-fact about one of our favorite classic author.

On Fridays
Geek news: This rubric will be similar to the literary news but will cover eBooks, new technologies and what happens in the digital world.
Have your say: You can comment on each of our post. But every Friday, we will need your opinion! About the next byooks, about our communication with you, or about anything else. Your opinion matters!

Byook goes Android

Hello everyone, we are happy to let you know that BYOOK is about to release our apps on Android! The first Byook to appear on Google Play will be our latest work: the byook Tara Duncan.

The development of this technology was decided after many of our users asked us to adapt our byooks for android devices.
